- The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our clients team. Working in this position you will be interacting directly with customers on a daily basis working across Germany and DACH in order to achieve both sales growth and customer satisfaction with the company products. You will be experienced in high level sales and relationship management with major customers up to CEO level.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and increasing sales to key accounts and maximising growth.
Managing multiple accounts in different vertical and geographical markets.
High level negotiations with key customers including pricing and contract discussions.
Maintaining and developing strong relationships with assigned accounts and partners.
New business development
Sales planning, forecast updates and reporting for customer accounts along with excellent communication and problem solving with new and existing customers.
Formulating sales plans and strategies with Sales Management, Marketing and Technical Business Development teams to generate new business.
Organising training sessions both in Germany and DACH.
Attending international trade shows to develop and maintain business.

Basic salary negotiable dependent upon experience circa 60k Euros with OTE earnings of Euros 100k+ plus pension and benefits.
Your key skills and experience
You will have significant commercial experience in a business to business environment with proven sales experience in a technically focused industry ideally Audio Visual/IT related industry. You will have the ability to both communicate and understand technical concepts and requirements to customers and internal teams. Ideally you will be speak fluent English as well as German and be educated to University level or equivalent, however, business experience is most important.
You will have experience of CRM systems, excellent communication skills and the ability to both present and negotiate at a high level and have the ability to work within and develop an expanding sales team.
