- The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a first class Internal Sales Executive to provide customer support via telephone and email for this growing AV distributor.
As an Internal Account Manager you will support and manage a number of accounts ensuring that they have the highest level of customer service by being the designated point of contact and providing a full portfolio of products and services - including preparation of quotations , pricing management of orders through the internal queues , ownership of aged debt , following up on quotations with customers , management of special bids , being the first point of contact for all customer queries and supporting an external account manager
Your key responsibilities will be:
▪Providing pre and post-sales support to customers with any sales related queries.
▪Creating customer quotations and following these up to generate new business.
▪Ongoing liaison with suppliers regarding pricing, products, marketing and product availability.
▪Ongoing liaising with Sales Manager to compile and execute sales initiatives.
▪Proactively identify any potential within sales enquiries and liaise with Sales Managers to further develop these.
▪Developing and following up on sales leads.
▪Taking ownership of customer enquiries through to close of sale.
Salary circa £30k-£35k p.a. doe. OTE £65k uncapped plus benefits. Based in Bucks.
Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a sales background and preferably within the Audio Visual marketplace with knowledge of Audio Visual Integration products and solutions preferable. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. You will be highly self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.
You will work well under pressure to meet sales targets and have the ability to multi-task in a busy sales environment where you will be required to up-sell and cross-sell to new and existing customers with the reseller channel.
