- The Opportunity
As Senior BDM you will drive net new business acquisition and the strategic development of key accounts for our client. You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end with minimal management input, and take the lead on multi-product and strategically complex opportunities.
You will also act as a reference point for the wider sales team on deal strategy and where appetite exists, you share knowledge and support others to develop.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Own the full sales process end-to-end from first contact through to close and commercial handover.
Lead on multi-product and complex deal structures.
Build and maintain partner relationships to support delivery, negotiate preferred terms where appropriate, and develop joint commercial opportunities.
Build and execute account development plans for key clients.
Develop executive-level relationships that give the company early access to briefs and strategy conversations.
Drive company cross-sell introductions, bringing in the right brand at the right moment.
Maintain a network across the buying committee and senior leadership at each account.
Feed market and competitor intelligence into the company's positioning.
Collaborate with marketing on target sectors, insights, and campaign strategy.
Represent the company actively at industry events and build personal network intentionally
Champions pipeline discipline. Contributes to a rolling 12-month revenue view.
Uses data proactively to identify coverage gaps and pre-empt forecast risk.
Closes 6- and 7-figure deals end-to-end with minimal management input.
Shapes acquisition strategy independently and leads on multi-product or complex deal structures.
Runs systematic multi-channel outreach. Tracks performance and refines approach based on data.
Uses personal network, referrals, and partner relationships intelligently alongside structured outbound
Designs multi-product solutions to complex client challenges. Shapes briefs before they're written.
Acts as a trusted consultant clients call them for advice, not just to place an order.
Builds solutions that cross services and brand lines within the group.
Builds and maintains executive-level relationships. Invited into strategy conversations before briefs exist.
Perceived as a consultant and strategic partner not a supplier.
