You'll be commissioning VC rooms, configuring DSPs, and ensuring systems are handed over to a high standard - all in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Strong Q-SYS experience is a must. If you're also happy to roll your sleeves up and support installation work when needed, even better.
Key responsibilities:

DSP tuning, mic configuration, and audio system optimisation
Control system loading, testing, and fault resolution

System testing against design documentation and client specifications
Producing commissioning reports, snagging lists, and handover documentation
Supporting installation teams on site where required - rack builds, second fix, terminations
Based ideally in London or Home Counties but with regular travel to European project sites (valid passport required)
Salary circa £50k-£56k p.a. doe/neg. plus pension and benefits.
Your skills and experience
3+ years' experience in AV commissioning within commercial/corporate environments
Strong, demonstrable Q-SYS experience (configuration, scripting, and deployment)
Proven track record of commissioning VC/UC rooms end-to-end
Solid understanding of AV signal flow, networking (VLANs, multicast, Dante), and common control platforms
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of system handover
Familiarity with Crestron, Shure, and other major AV manufacturers
Full UK driving licence and valid passport
Flexible, reliable, and comfortable with regular travel across the UK and Europe
Desirable:
