Our client is a leading Audio-Visual integration specialist working across the corporate, education, and public sectors. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Pre and Post Sales Technical Lead to join their team in Berkshire. This is a high-impact role bridging technical design and delivery, client engagement, and project support.
Key responsibilities:
Lead technical scoping, system design, and solution proposals
Deliver compelling client presentations and support complex tenders
Provide design authority and technical oversight across AV projects
Mentor teams and work closely with vendors to shape future-ready solutions
Based in West Berkshire, salary is negotiable doe £50k-£70k p.a. plus benefits
Skills and Experience
You will ideally have:
AV certifications (CTS, Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, etc.)
5+ years in technical AV pre-sales or solution design roles
Strong design skills, presentation confidence, and industry insight
Ability to work independently and lead on technical delivery
