Description
The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a leading AV solutions integrator and sell their solutions and services across the M4 corridor London Bristol.
This is a real career opportunity for a successful salesperson to build a team of salespeople in the future and progress to Sales Management or even to Sales Director for the right ambitious individual.

Your responsibilities will include:

Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
Reporting to the Technical and Managing Director you will work closely with the leadership team and other members of the team to develop business opportunities.
Attend meetings on a weekly basis.
Make telephone calls and appointments to meet new and existing clients.
Meet sales targets

Based along M4 corridor between London Bristol, you will receive an excellent salary circa £35k-£45k doe plus a very generous commission package as well as car allowance and benefits.

Your skills and experience

You will be a highly driven and results orientated individual with a proven track record in sales, a tenacious sales person with a determination to succeed.
Your communication and 'people skills' should be excellent, helping to ensure our clients' high customer service standards are met.
Possessing good organisation and administration skills, you will also maintain accurate information for the successful completion of the role and to required deadlines.
The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets.
Good business sense and professional manner
A strong work ethic: self-disciplined and self motivated
Ability to demonstrate
Used to working to sales targets and have the ability to meet them
Ability to work to deadlines
Use of initiative
Knowledge and experience of the AV/VC and IT Technology market are a pre-requisite but as important are your sales skills particularly in the corporate market.
