After much time spent looking for a Production Manager with other agencies and on LinkedIn we decided to try AV jobs. Once we sent the job spec through, AV jobs were quick to send us some CVs which exactly matched what we were looking for. We found the successful candidate after just two interviews. Next time AV jobs will be our first call.
