DCC sells Exertis IT to focus on pro AV
DCC has reached an agreement with Aurelius for the sale of Exertis IT (Info Tech businesses in UK and Ireland), subject to regulatory approval. This deal enables DCC Technology to focus on building its specialist businesses in Pro Tech and Life Tech.
