We want to hear from you if you are interested in working for an industry leader and have the dedication and motivation to deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installations of Video Conferencing, Room Booking, Digital Signage, Audio system Room Control and other advanced A/V solutions.
Perform fault-finding analysis for customer systems and resolve business solution design and installation issues.
Provide user training to end customers.
Work alongside the Operation Manager, Project Manager and installation teams to ensure successful project deliveries.
Undertake product technical training and ensure all certifications and product knowledge are up to date for current and future customer installations and customer support.
Any other duties required for the role.
Based in Greater Manchester Salary will be negotiable circa £28k-£30k p.a. plus benefits including Company Van, pension and healthcare.
Your skills and experience
Being part of an excellent team of skilled A/V Engineers, you must be a flexible, resourceful individual with good audio-visual knowledge. You must possess excellent communication skills to provide a first-class service to clients.
As a business, our client prides themselves on technical ability and customer support service, which is paramount. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with proven AV knowledge and at least two years of experience in the industry, with experience installing Microsoft Teams Zoom Meeting Rooms.
Essential:
Audio-visual experience in a similar role for at least two years.
Excellent technical knowledge of A/V and Video Conferencing equipment.
Awareness of the audio-visual market.
Articulate, driven, and upbeat with a can-do, will-do attitude.
Excellent organisation, verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in installing and supporting Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work with non-technical colleagues or customers.
Full Driving Licence is Mandatory
Understanding of Wiring Schematics
Desirable:
An Understanding of control systems
Understanding of network topologies and how AV data integrates into a network.
A/V certifications from AVIXA, CEDIA, CIE
Industry Certifications from PASMA, IPAF, ECS
