They specialise in high end residential projects, working on some of the most prestigious homes in London and further afield, therefore attention to detail and a desire to work to the highest standards is crucial for this role.

You will be responsible for managing all projects and the installation team. Attention to detail and an ability to work to the highest standards is crucial for the role, as well as having a desire to actively contribute to the growth and performance of the business.

You will do this through putting forward your thoughts and ideas on processes, the team, system design, products they use and training etc. and be expected to help put the actions in place to achieve these. Attending and documenting site meetings and always overcommunicating with 3rd parties on site.

Managing the Installation team: responsible for ensuring that the engineers know what they are doing and have what they need on a day to day basis and being able to manage the team remotely when not on site together. Providing direction to the team on site and checking their work. Training and improving the skills, processes and work of the team and helping with the training and development of any juniors that are brought onto the team. Helping to support on installation when needed.

Project management Technical Design: Supporting the Director, to help specify and design systems, develop or check key documentation eg. cable schedules, plans and rack / lighting cabinet layouts when required. Ensuring that documentation is accurate and any changes or developments on site are up to date.

Programming Commissioning: programming of Control4 Lutron both remotely and on site. Setting up network equipment and testing and fault finding during the commissioning stage of a project.

Handover and aftercare: attending service visits for fault finding, completing system health checks and on occasion providing remote support via email and OVRC.

Upholding standards: representing the company at client or site meetings in the most professional and knowledgeable manner, building strong relationships and constantly pushing to raise the standards of the company at all times to provide the best work and service possible.

Our client's showroom and office is your base but there is no fixed location of work as you will be working on sites / homes each day with most travel within the M25 and occasional travel elsewhere in the UK or abroad.

Based in Greater London salary is negotiable doe circa 45k-50k p.a. plus travel allowance or company van, pension and performance bonus.
