- The Opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Pro-Audio Visual Channel Sales person to work for a market leading manufacturer of pro-audio Video solutions. You will be based in the Midlands and will cover this geographical area selling to resellers and integrators.
You must have experience in the Installed marketplace and ideally with good experience in Pro-Audio and Visual although consideration will be given to someone with experience in the technology channel ideally Audio Visual.
Your role will be to identify and assign key integrators and resellers and execute business plans with partners to increase commercial sales in the region managing dealer sales and maintain, support and grow both existing and new customers including identifying and growing relevant vertical markets for the vendors portfolio of products.
Your key responsibilities will be:
▪To grow the existing clients turnover according to the company's growth targets
▪Complete channel segments with key dealers in each vertical market.
▪Implement actions to pursue new market opportunities
▪Sign up and manage key accounts
▪Negotiate pricing, customer rebates bid pricing for projects approved by Sales Director
▪Negotiate annual commercial contracts with dealers.
▪Provide regular sales and product training to sales forces in dealers and key accounts.
▪Planning Forecasting, Database Management, Competitor activity
▪Work with Marketing on promotions, events and lead activities for your area.
Salary is negotiable and extremely competitive circa £35k-£50k doe plus excellent commission rates (OTE to 95k) + car allowance and benefits. UK office is in London so you will work from home.
Your skills and experience
You will have a successful track record of sales business development experience in the Pro-AV marketplace, ideally with Channel experience. You will have a strong network of contacts in the channel and understand multi-channel management.
You are a professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “can-do” attitude. You are self-motivated with effective time management skills. Strong knowledge and experience of the Audio Installed marketplace is key to your success as is a passion for sound.
