- The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to work for a leading well-established manufacturer of multi-award-winning industry developers of Video / Audio control distribution systems located in Poole Dorset.
In this unique and varied role, you will need to be technically aware and able to communicate at all levels.
The CSM role you will need to handle on your own the HR functions of recruiting a team around you with a view of offering 24/5 support across multiple countries.
As a global business, you will need to devise scripts to handle simple customer service queries and training material on how to process within our CRM
Ability to Develop training manuals
Helping to develop and implement customer service policy and RMA Policy
Based in Poole in Dorset, salary will be circa £30k-£35k dependent upon experience plus benefits
Your skills and experience
You will need to behave in a calm, professional and responsible manner always.
Be able to communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face.
Develop a faultless feedback procedure that delivers customer satisfaction.
Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals and implementing them in a timely manner to the business.
Ability to use positive language
Ability to “read” customers
Excellent computer skills including MS office
Knowledge in Audio Visual would be desirable but not essential
