We subscribe to a number of jobs boards and continually search for new ones which we believe will offer the quality of candidates our clients need.
We have access to over 50000 candidates to select from and we send targeted mail shots to candidates on a daily basis.
Once we have found candidates that look suitable on paper, we perform in-depth telephone or Skype interviews (or face to face if required) to understand each candidates’ education, professional history, their skills and experience, their personality (with a view to cultural fit), their career aspirations and their level of motivation to get a new role, as well as their level of interest in your opportunity.
The last two factors are vitally important and often missed when recruiting. A candidate who has the skills and experience that you are looking for is only useful if they are also motivated to move and interested in your opportunity. Our getting this part of the process right will save you a lot of time, preventing you wasting time on people who are not really looking for a new position, or are only looking for job offers to gain leverage with their current employers (to secure a pay rise or other benefits).
