Our client is a leading company in the audio visual sector, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional customer service to their clients. They are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Support Person to join the team.
Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Process online orders and keep customers updated by phone and email if items are out of stock and offer alternatives after being trained on the process.
Take orders over the phone for projector lamps.
Maintain thorough and accurate customer records.
Register opportunities on bid portals to assist the sales team.
Support the sales team to drive positive company sales results.
Based in Berkshire salary would be circa £20k-£25k and would include on-going training to progress your sales career.
Your skills and experience
Ideally, proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills.
