- The Opportunity
Our clients are looking for a talented Crestron Programmer who would like to join their dynamic team in one of the creative leaders of the Home Automation industry. Integrating best in class assets for the ultra-high-end residential and marine automation industry.
Key Responsibilities:-
Offsite and onsite commissioning both software and hardware, documenting each stage.
Manage feedback loops for found issues, engaging with project engineers to project completion.
Set up, test and assess potential equipment or software products for use in future projects.
Remotely assist with client or service team to diagnose and resolving issues.
Overseas travel will be required for site meetings and project commissioning.
Based in Central London our client is offering a competitive salary circa £50k p.a. doe plus benefits.
Your skills and experience
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of using the Crestron toolset.
Proficient with deploying Crestron projects.
Advanced working experience with SIMPL Windows, ideally CTI-P301.
Experience with SIMPL+ programming. An understanding of SIMPL# is also beneficial.
Comprehensive understanding of IT Networks, including multi VLAN and IGMP.
Disciplined approach to documentation of the commissioning process.
Desirable Skills
Crestron training CTI-P301.
Experience with Crestron NVX and NAX.
Strong understanding of common networking protocols and APIs.
Experience using Cisco CTI.
