The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Audio Visual company as a BDM.
Their client list is vast and includes household names and blue-chip enterprises, as well as public sector organisations, including the MOD. They are proud to work with world-famous sports clubs, installing and managing solutions for some of the UKs largest stadiums, as well as internationally renowned restaurant chains and stores.

As Business Development Manager, you will work at a strategic level within the group.

You will be responsible for co-creating, implementing, and iterating the Go-To-Market strategy developed for your clients, following a proven framework (MEDDICC).
Create and execute AV profitable business plans in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
Maximise Sales Efficiency Effectiveness through the right enablement and solution support
Establish relationships with existing and new clients, partners, and manufacturers.
Be the voice of the customer when liaising back with the Group supporting teams
Ensure adequate pipeline coverage across the nominated target territory and be proficient in maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
Lead engagement with alliance partners to build differentiated solutions campaigns

Based in the Midlands - Basic salary £40k-£50k doe plus commission giving an additional £20k-£30k OTE in first year plus car allowance and benefits.

Your skills and experience

You will have:

Experience with Audio Visual systems integration and ideally with Digital Signage
Demonstrable background of target achievement
Experience in solution selling.
Experience issuing position value and building cost-benefit business cases for potential customers to meet their needs.
Demonstrable background of successful lead generation
Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle

Desirable:
Deep understanding of the Audio-Visual Industry services and solution market

5+ years Account Management Business Development experience
Midlands based
