- The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Coordinator with an interest in technical customer support, who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager at this growing technology company, you will work hard to ensure customer orders are managed according to our processes, whilst overseeing all aspects of delivery and where appropriate, installation.
In addition, after a period of in house and on-site technical training you will act as the specialist on the team to support technical enquiries from customers, colleagues, suppliers and technology installers. This may include sense-checking that orders are correct according to customer requirements and supporting inbound technical customer enquiries passing onto manufacturer partners as required.
You will be supported by a robust CRM system for logging calls, customer contact activity, customer supports cases and related content.
You will also work closely with colleagues in sales and other departments, ensuring an efficient, supportive and friendly service is provided to colleagues and customers.
Based in fantastic offices near LBA - salary is circa £18k plus benefits.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have:
▪The ability to build strong working relationships and work as part of a team
▪An excellent telephone manner which demonstrates exceptional levels of customer service
▪An interest in technical systems, providing technical support and/or technology in general
▪Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
▪A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
▪A flexible approach to responsibilities and changing priorities
▪A willingness to problem solve and use your initiative
▪The confidence to deal with customer issues on the telephone, escalating to the Service Delivery Manager as required
Desirable attributes include:
Knowledge of SAGE
Experience working with a CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
Previous scheduling experience.
Knowledge of products and AV industry/market.
