- The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Audio Visual vendor to cover the channel in Switzerland selling their range of projection and display solutions.
The role will consist of Business Development as well as Key Account Management.
Your key responsibilities:
Grow existing Reseller Pro AV relationship.
▪Develop new Reseller partnerships.
▪Work to agreed timelines and set targets
▪Work closely with sales marketing team to ensure that business objectives are set and met
▪Propose and implement tactical sales promotions and develop channel strategies
▪Work with key partners to support with product and technical training, product pricing literature etc
▪Utilise correct skillset within the company for specific projects.
▪The processing of strategic customers in retail and other institutional project clients, as well as the associated relationship management with executives in these institutions are part of the day-to-day business.
▪Participation in regular sales and marketing meetings as well as, where appropriate, at trade fairs and other marketing activities, in particular contact with opinion formers, represents another important position
Based from home - salary will be circa Euros 70k plus comms plus car or car allowance benefits. Extensive travel will be required. You will receive full support from our client's office in Germany.
Your skills and experience
▪The successful candidate will have good sales experience in the Audio Visual marketplace and be self-motivated and hungry for success.
▪A good relationship builder with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be looking for an opportunity to build on your skills with a successful vendor.
▪Experience in the distribution of audio / video or consumer electronic products in Switzerland.
▪Ideally completed university degree in business administration or adequate education with relevant work experience, experience in the distribution of audio and video products requiring explanation to relevant customer channels, experience in dealing with opinion leaders as well as in the implementation of product presentations, ability to identify and develop different distribution channels.
▪You will have a high Level of self-organisation and personal responsibility.
▪You will have fluent English spoken and written as well German (and/or French ideally).
