- The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join a leading, global Audio Visual company. As Project Administrator/Co-ordinator you will be the central point of contact for the Project Management Office (PMO), this role will be critical to ensuring effectiveness of the PMO by providing strong administrative support to the team.
The role is part of a small team responsible for ensuring that project installation and handover to support are conducted appropriately. The Project Administrator will work closely with the PMO and many cross functional teams to help ensure seamless implementation of existing and new projects and changes.
The successful candidate will provide full administrative support to the Head of Projects and Project Team to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the project office
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
▪Administrative duties such as printing of A2 drawings, completing project packs, expenses, scanning etc.
▪Data entry onto in-house software platforms (NetSuite/Excel)
▪Reviewing project activities for compliance with procedures, standards, and archiving data regularly.
▪Work closely with the Project team offering back office support
▪Tracking and Uploading of documentation to the company's Cloud application
▪Supporting the project team with administrative duties
▪Producing consolidated reporting for the Project Manager, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred.
▪Establishing standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management.
▪Assist with the production of user documentation.
▪Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
▪Stay current with the Project Office and Company policies and goals and works to make sure that all members of the project team adhere to set standards.

Based in Crawley, West Sussex salary is negotiable doe circa £22k-£25k plus benefits.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have strong proven administration skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook (desirable to have MSP but not essential).
Ideally you will have previously worked as a Project Administrator/Construction Administrator (Audio Visual experience would be a distinct advantage)
